Responsible for design, develop and marketing of these web sites, office management and creation of new office procedures. I created online marketing strategies and oversee product selection for ecommerce. I dealt with clients and suppliers alike to fulfill product sourcing, sales and follow-up customer service. From 1997 to 2000 I was the sole web developer and virtual host for the Times Shamrock New Media department. I was responsible for the majority of their clients’ customer service and support issues. I also provided consultation to the Times/Tribune's online news department.

As a member of the HTML Writer's Guild Mentor / Apprentice program, I provided instruction to other members in the areas of HTML 3 and 4 specifications and Web Master Administration.

I was an Authorized Developer for Yellow Pages Online from February 1996 until the business closed in November, 2008.
