Office Manager / Web Site Manager / Online Marketing Director Responsible for design, develop and marketing of these web sites, office management and creation of new office procedures. I created online marketing strategies and oversee product selection for ecommerce. I designed a new customer tracking system that provides automated communications and opt-in e-mail marketing campaigns using databases. I dealt with clients and suppliers alike to fulfill product sourcing, sales and follow-up customer service. Owner Working as a web site designer, developer and virtual host, the tasks I performed included HTML programming, graphic development, copy writing, content management, script customization and installation, remote web server administration, web traffic analysis, web site promotion, tutorial authoring and manage the duties of several contracted programmers. I worked directly with clients to assess their internet strategies and manage/coordinate the duties of several contracted programmers accordingly. From 1997 to 2000, my internet services were resold by larger providers such as the Times Shamrock and Yellow Pages Online.

From 1997 to 2000 I was the sole web developer and virtual host for the Times Shamrock New Media department. I was responsible for the majority of their clients’ customer service and support issues. I also provided consultation to the Times/Tribune's online news department. As a member of the HTML Writer's Guild Mentor / Apprentice program, I provided instruction to other members in the areas of HTML 3 and 4 specifications and Web Master Administration. I was an Authorized Developer for Yellow Pages Online from February 1996 until the business closed in November, 2008.
